Our 250 sqm exquisitely designed contemporary luxury holiday villa with 47 sqm swimming pool is built on a 660 sqm plot in the charming fishermen's village of Vinišče, just 5-7 minutes walk to the beach and a short 30 minutes drive from Split airport.
Mar Escape Villa Croatia can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with king size hotel-style beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain shower (plus a half bathroom in the common area), a spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, plus an outdoor BBQ gas grill and entertaining/dining area, and a 1..6m deep swimming pool with outdoor shower.
All rooms are filled with natural light and have perfect 180 sea view of the stunning Vinišće bay, thanks to the very large floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open up the interior to the natural landscape surrounding the villa, respectively to the sunbathing area and the swimming pool (which are all conveniently placed for maximum privacy).

Vinišće is a quiet and cozy fisherman's village that will charm you with its stunning bay and pebble beaches with the clearest sea you could dream of.

bakeries and restaurants are making sure you have everything you need

HOW TO REACH US
By plane: We are just 20 km away from Split airport (second largest airport in Croatia, after Zagreb). Zadar airport is 1h and 30 minutes away. We can arrange transfer from either airport, for your convenience.
By car: If you come on highway A1 from direction Zagreb, exit at Sibenik or if you come from direction Split, exit at Prgomet. Then follow the coast road and at Marina follow the sign up for Vinišće (enter Mar Escape Villa or Petrovi 4 Vinišće address on your GPS).
By sea: Overnight ferry-boats connect Split to Ancona, Italy and we can arrange the 1h transfer from Split to the villa.
